  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.

    Reserve 1 cup. Bake remainder in 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Beat the cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Spread over baked mixture.

    Sprinkle with reserved dry mixture.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Serve cool.
