- 12 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 4 c. whole almonds, pecan halves or walnut halves
Directions

1Stirring constantly, melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.

2Remove from heat.

3Add about 1 cup nuts to chocolate, stirring to coat well.

4Remove nuts individually with fork. Place on waxed paper.

5Repeat with remaining nuts.

6Allow chocolate to harden.

7Store in a cool place (don't refrigerate). Yields 4 cups nuts.
