  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. cocoa

    Mix cake mix, melted butter and egg.

    Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, eggs and cocoa.

    Blend with mixer.

    Pour over cake mix in pan.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
