  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar or confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. cocoa or 3 sq. chocolate
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
