- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, best at room temperature
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Bring water and butter to a boil, making sure all the butter is melted.

2Add to flour and salt mixture and mix well.

3Add one egg at a time, beating until smooth.

4Spread on a jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch).

5Bake for 45 minutes at 400°.

6Let cool.

7Burst bubbles after coming out of the oven.
