  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 sq. chocolate (semi-sweet)
  • 2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. warm milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
