- 1 c. raw rice
- 4 to 6 chicken pieces
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (greased), pour in the peas, juice also; on the other 1/2 of dish, pour in rice.

2Now you have peas and juice and water on 1 side and rice and 1 spoon butter on the other side.

3Place chicken pieces on top of this.

4Season to taste and cover.

5Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
