- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 stick (1/2 c.)margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- graham crackers
Directions

1Boil sugar, cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, margarine and vanilla for 1 minute; set aside.

2Allow to cool.

3Mix pudding and 3 cups milk in separate bowl.

4Add Cool Whip.

5Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers.

6Cover with pudding mixture.

7Place crackers on top of pudding mixture.

8Pour icing on top.

9Chill.
