Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (small) instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 regular size tub Cool Whip
  • 1 can milk chocolate frosting

Directions

    Mix pudding (both boxes) with milk until thick.

    Add Cool Whip until well blended.

    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 layer of graham crackers (do not crush).

    Put 1/2 of mixture on the graham crackers.

    Put another layer of graham crackers on top of mixture.

    Put remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers on top of mixture.

    Cover graham crackers with chocolate frosting.

    Chill 1 hour.
