- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. Nestles Choco Bake (liquid chocolate)
- 3 tsp. milk
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. white syrup
- graham crackers
Directions

1Place graham crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch container.

2Mix pudding and milk, then add Cool Whip and pour over crackers, add another layer of crackers on top of filling.

3Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of crackers.

4Refrigerate for 12 hours.
