  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Dissolve butter in boiling water.

    Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly.

    Cool until warm.

    Beat in 1 whole egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Shape into 12 to 15 eclairs on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 375° for 25 minutes.
