- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve butter in boiling water.

2Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly.

3Cool until warm.

4Beat in 1 whole egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Shape into 12 to 15 eclairs on greased cookie sheet.

6Bake in a preheated oven at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 375° for 25 minutes.
