  • 1/3 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups cold seltzer water or tonic water
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions

    Pour milk into a 16-ounce glass. Slowly add seltzer water, stirring with a long spoon. Continue to stir until well combined and frothy. (Avoid over-stirring, or you'll deflate the carbonation.) Drizzle in chocolate syrup, and stir until chocolate is well incorporated. Serve immediately with a straw.
