Chocolate-Filled Matzo Stack

  • 4 unsalted matzos
  • 3 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Directions

    Brush both sides of each matzo evenly with liqueur; set aside.

    Melt chocolate and margarine in medium saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Cool 10 min.

    Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

    Spread 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on one of the matzos.

    Cover with second matzo, with corners pointing in a different direction.

    Repeat layers, using remaining matzos and remaining chocolate mixture.

    Top with the remaining whipped topping.

    Store in refrigerator.
