  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels, beating until morsels melt and mixture is of spreading consistency.
