  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Cup Vanilla or Lemon Yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 11 oz Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled, sliced
  • 4 sliced strawberries
  • 1 Star Fruit, (optional)
