Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • tall can evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. German chocolate
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 pt. marshmallow cream
  • 2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Bring sugar, salt and evaporated milk to a boil and boil for 6 minutes (be sure to stir while cooking).

    Add rest of ingredients. Take off stove and stir until well mixed and mixture starts to thicken.

    Spread into a large cookie sheet.
