  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 ounces, weight Cocoa Powder

  • FOR THE GANACHE FROSTING:
  • 1 cup, 2-2/3 teaspoons, 7/8 pinches Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 pounds, 7/8 ounces, weight Cooking (baking) Chocolate

    1. With a mixer, beat eggs with sugar.

    For the frosting, melt chocolate and whipped cream. Mix well, cover and let cool overnight. Beat with a mixer, then frost the cake.
