- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup candied ginger, diced
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch and salt.

2In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture, beating just until smooth.

3Stir in chocolate chips and candied ginger.

4Spread batter in prepared pan, smoothing top. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

5Let cool completely. Cut into 36 bars.

6Bars can be frozen.
