- 2 cups rolled oats
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 14 cup flax seed, ground
- 13 cup shredded coconut
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 13 cup honey
- 13 cup molasses
- 13 cup candied ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cup chocolate chips, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In a large bowl, combine oats, flax, wheat germ, coconut, ginger, chocolate and sea salt.

3In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves, and combine.

4Pour spices into bowl of oats and mix well.

5In a separate bowl, mix honey, molasses and vanilla.

6Add honey mixture to oat mixture and stir until moistened.

7If you need more moisture, add honey 1 teaspoon at a time.

8Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping every 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and toasty.

9Watch closely so granola doesnt burn.

10Remove from oven and let cool completely.
