Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, semi-melted
  • 2 ounces chocolate syrup
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces dark creme de cacao liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka, such as Tito's
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate or hazelnut sticks, for garnish

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao and vodka.

    Shake well and strain into two chilled hurricane glasses.

    Top each with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a chocolate stick.
