- 3/4 gallon of milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can chocolate syrup
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil 1 qt. of milk.

2Set aside.

3Mix flour, salt and 1/2 c. sugar with enough milk to make a paste.

4Beat eggs and add to mixture and add to boiled milk.

5Run through strainer.

6Pour into a 4 qt. freezer.

7Add sugar, syrup and remaining milk.

8Add vanilla and freeze.
