  • 2 eggs
  • 220 g caster sugar
  • 14 cup milk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 14 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

    Place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender.

    Process for 40 seconds.

    Gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds.

    Add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds.

    Freeze.
