  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 large cans Pet evaporated milk
  • sweet milk

Directions

    Mix cocoa, about 3 teaspoons sugar and enough water to make a syrup.
  2. 2
    Add rest of ingredients, except sweet milk and mix well. Pour into ice cream can.

    Add sweet milk to fill line.
  4. 4
    Stir well. Makes 1 gallon.
