  • 6 c. milk, heated
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cornstarch
  • 8 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 5 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 gal. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and cocoa.

    Add to heated milk and bring to rolling boil. Pour
