- 1/2 lb. sweet chocolate
- 1 sq. bitter chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 18 ladyfingers or 24 macaroons or use sponge cake
Directions

1Melt chocolate in double boiler; add water and sugar.

2After melted and cooled, add unbeaten egg yolks one at a time.

3Add beaten egg whites.

4Alternate chocolate mixture with ladyfingers. Refrigerate 12 hours and serve with or without whipped cream.
