  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine and 3 tablespoons cocoa.

    Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1-1/2 tablespoons hot water.
