- 1 lb. ground beef

3In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.

4Stir in the garlic and parsley, then the bread crumbs.

5Let sit for 2 minutes.

6Add the beef and mix to combine.

7Form the meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls (about 20 total) and place on the prepared baking sheet.

8Broil until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes.
