- 2 oz. chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stir sugar, chocolate, corn syrup and milk until sugar dissolves then cook slowly without stirring to 238° (soft ball). Add butter.

2Remove from heat.

3When lukewarm (240°, about 25 minutes, add vanilla.

4Beat.

5Ices double layer cake.
