  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Directions

    Melt margarine; add cocoa and milk. Stir. Bring to a rolling boil and stir a little. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Then mix well and put on the cake.
