  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix all ingredients together. Cook on medium heat and bring to a rolling boil that won't stir down. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool and beat until thick enough to spread.
