  • 2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
