- 3 kiwis, peeled
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
Directions

1Cut each kiwi into 4 slices; pat dry with paper towels.

2Insert wooden pop stick into side of each slice.

3Mix chocolate and oil until blended.

4Cover baking sheet with waxed paper.

5Dip kiwi, 1 slice at a time, in chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat bottom half of each slice; place on prepared baking sheet.

6Sprinkle with coconut.

7Refrigerate 10 min.

8or until chocolate is firm.
