  • 4 warm egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 10 ounces of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 4 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

    Beat whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Melt 10 ounces chips and add sugar and nuts. Fold into egg white mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Drop by teaspoon onto glazed paper. Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and lift off to wire rack.
