  • 1 box chocolate devil's food cake mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Bake cake and split layers.

    Mix the milk and flour and heat. Makes a thick paste; set aside. Cover with wax paper.

    Whip together the sugar, mayonnaise, Crisco and vanilla.

    Mix with paste and put between layers and ice with chocolate icing.
