- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, divided in half
- 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
- 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding
Directions

1Mix flour, nuts and margarine together.

2Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

3Let cool.

4Combine cream cheese and confectioners sugar; cream well.

5Fold in half of Cool Whip (9 ounces); spread on cool crust.

6Prepare chocolate pudding as directed on package.

7Cool, then spread on cream cheese mixture.

8Add rest of Cool Whip (9 ounces) on top.

9Refrigerate 1 hour.

10Cut into squares to serve.
