Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats, toasted
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 (12 ounce.) lowfat milk chocolate candy bars, if you like
  • 1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut, if you like

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except candy bars and 1/2 c. coconut.

    Blend well.

    Refrigerate15 min.

    Form into 1 inch balls.

    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till cracked and soft to touch.

    Put square of candy on top of each cookie; spread to frost.

    Sprinkle with coconut.
