  • 1 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar, and cocoa; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, nuts, and vanilla; mix well. Pour batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. When you remove from oven, immediately put marshmallows on the hot cake. Make following icing and pour over the still warm cake.
