  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
  • Ice, As Needed
  • 2 ounces, fluid Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 ounce, fluid Creme De Cacao
  • 1 ounce, fluid Vodka
  • 1 ounce, fluid Half-and-half

Directions

    Place grated chocolate on a plate. Put a small amount of chocolate syrup on the tip of your finger and run the rim of the martini glass. Turn the glass upside down and run the rim gently through the grated chocolate.

    Fill the martini shaker halfway with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, vodka and half-and-half. Cover martini shaker and gently shake.

    Swirl the remaining chocolate syrup in the glass. Pour the martini into the prepared glass. Serve immediately.
