  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/4 cups cake flour
  • 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • 7 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 13/16 ounces plain chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons honey
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 7/8 cup heavy cream
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Sieve the flours, baking powder, and cocoa powder twice and add to a bowl.

    In separate bowls, melt the butter and chocolate. Combine into one bowl and add the heavy cream and mix well.

    In another bowl, beat the eggs, honey, sugar, and a pinch of salt until light and creamy.

    Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and fold together using a spatula.

    Gradually add in the butter mixture and Mix well. Pour the batter into the paper-lined cupcake pan until 2/3 full.

    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

    Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
