  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 8 drops green coloring
  • 24 small chocolate covered mint patties
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • prepared chocolate frosting

Directions

    Mix cake mix and pudding mix.

    Add eggs, water and oil; mix well.

    Add flavoring and coloring; mix.

    Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
