Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 can coconut
  • 3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 slab paraffin
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix sugar, coconut, pecans and salt together.

    Melt butter (don't get too hot).

    Add milk and vanilla.
  4. 4
    Mix ingredients together and then form into balls.

    Chill 12 to 14 hours. Mix chips and paraffin in double boiler. Stir until melted.

    Dip chilled mounds in chocolate and place on wax paper.
