- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tsp. water
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. heavy cream
Directions

1Put first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler or microwave for 1 minute.

2Melt and stir.

3Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff; set aside.

4Beat yolks; add salt, almond extract and vanilla.

5Stir again.

6Whip heavy cream until stiff; set aside. Blend everything to egg yolks.

7Add everything to egg whites.

8Add chocolate, egg whites and heavy cream.

9Fold carefully.

10Pour into another serving bowl.

11Refrigerate 6 hours.
