- 1 pkg. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. granulated or super-fine sugar
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Melt chocolate over simmering water in double boiler.

2Stir in sugar and 1/2 cup heavy cream.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and no lumps remain.

4Beat yolks until smooth. Slowly pour in chocolate mixture while beating yolks constantly. Set aside and cool to room temperature.

5When cool, fold in whipped cream.

6Spoon into bowls and refrigerate until serving time.

7Garnish with a rosette of whipped cream and chocolate curls.
