- 5 (1 oz. each) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. strong coffee
- 6 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. light rum
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine chocolates and coffee.

2Heat over low heat until chocolates are melted.

3Cool.

4In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs and yolks on high speed 10 minutes.

5Add sugar and beat until shiny, 5 minutes.

6Add melted chocolates, rum and vanilla.

7Beat just until thoroughly blended.
