- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Kikkoman tofu, drained
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat; stir in 2 tablespoons sugar and salt.

2Pour into blender container; add tofu, egg yolks and vanilla.

3Whirl until smooth; set aside.

4Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

5Gradually sprinkle in remaining 4 tablespoons sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. Gently fold in chocolate mixture until blended.

6Spoon into 4 stemmed glasses or custard cups.

7Chill 2 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
