- 1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place chocolate in 2 tablespoons coffee in a saucepan to melt. Add sugar and butter.

2Add 1 egg yolk at a time over low heat (use less yolks if more than 4 people).

3Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla and mix by folding in chocolate mixture.

4Line a deep dish with ladyfingers vertically and on the bottom.

5Sprinkle liberally with rum, whiskey or Kahlua.

6Pour in mousse. Refrigerate overnight.

7You can top with whipped cream, or invert, then top with whipped cream.
