- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate or 1/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Directions

1Combine milk and gelatin; let stand.

2Melt chocolate over low heat.

3Stir in sugar and milk mixture into chocolate.

4Beat in egg yolks (save egg whites) and salt.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture thickens slightly and coats a metal spoon. Add vanilla and let cool.
