- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Melt chocolate over hot water.

2Beat egg yolks and water lightly.

3Gradually add chocolate, beating rapidly.

4Beat egg whites until stiff, but not too dry.

5Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.

6Fold in chocolate mixture and vanilla.

7Pile lightly into small sherbet glasses and chill.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
