  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar fat free beef gravy

    Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.

    Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place on medium heat until hot.

    Add patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

    Remove patties from skillet and set aside.

    Increase heat to medium-high.

    Add mushrooms, onion, and thyme to skillet; saute for three minutes.
