  • 2 small containers heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Refrigerate heavy cream in a bowl with beaters for 1/2 hour. Mix instant coffee with vanilla and add to the chilled cream.

    Add all the rest of the ingredients and beat until stiff to hold its shape.
